The Coping Mechanism is a 30-day interactive template that consists of evidence-based activities that you can actively do and engage with for you to effectively relieve your daily stresses. This will also help you track the activities you engage with and know what works and what doesn't(relieve your stress).

This is for you to focus on these activities to try and form them as habits which could ultimately benefit you, most importantly to your mental health.

A month of familiarizing these activities will help you know what personally combats your mental stresses.


The process:

  • Make time from work or studies to engage on these activities.
  • Schedule time that works with you specifically
  • Engage on these activities.
  • Express what you feel after engaging the activity on the journal.
  • Write on the journal how it helped you or on how it didn't change anything for you.


After a month of engaging these activities:

  • Know what's effective and what works for you.
  • Focus on those activities and 'try' to make them a habit.

Whether you have formed a habit or not, the most important thing is that it helped you avoid mental exhaustion from work and studies.
